I sent him money on paypal for 16keys and he blocked me after he received the money. I never got the keys.​

There are few things to make straight: victims profile should be my profile this 76561198039903618 and I cant retake those pictures without cropping because he blocked me and there is no way to see chat logs, right? Anywho there are those chats (cropped) and my recent trade offers and the paypal picture.

Why did you create invented complaints?

Because you scam me.
There are 2 options: you send the money back, or the easier one: you add me back in steam and send the keys, then I go to help center on paypal and click "solved"

Actually the money back process would be too big, so just add me on steam and send the keys and Ill prove you when I press "solve" on the paypal centre. If youre not gonna do it, ill take this to the end; banns for you and chargeback. In extreme cases I may resort on police. But If you send the keys, ill leave the case.

I apologize if this is concidered as bumping, but here I upload a picture which shows my last made trades. It shows that I havent traded with him. Also timestamp of the date and it conciders all trades made to date.
Now ill go to sleep and I hope this guy has added me and we'll trade tomorrow, but I'm afraid he hasnt.

Update: he has NOT sent those keys. Im still pressing charge against him.

Also as you can see: the same guy is trying to compensate the thing or something by sending me one (1) russian ruble but I am NOT gonna take that. Also why would like 0.00014 cents cover 30 dollars?

UPDATE: Got refunded on paypal and the scammer told paypal that he didnt deliver items, so he helped to get my money back.
