What happened? Description:

I found the user's website offering to pay $1.80 USD paypal per Counter-Strike: Global Offensive key. The payment on the website claims payment will be within 24 hours.

On December 17th, 2015 at 0555 hours MST I sent a trade request consisting of 10x Shadow Keys vs nothing to the user.
The following message was attached to the trade: "10x keys @ $1.80 each. Paypal: [email protected] Name: Gary Tidwell"

I immediately received email confirmation "thanking" me for selling them my keys.
I have attached a screenshot of this email.

The trade was accepted on his end on December 17th, 2015 at 0854 hours MST.
Because I don't use Steam Mobile Guard, there was a 72 hour delay in delivery of the items.
The trade was completed and he received the keys on December 20th, 2015 at 0854 hours MST.

Two days later, I emailed them at the email address provided on their website to remind them that I had yet to be paid for the transaction. This took place on December 22nd, 2015 at 0509 hours MST.
I never received a reply to my email.

I have also attached a screenshot of the email I sent inquiring about the transaction.

Because I had yet to hear from the user via email several days later, I decided to send a trade request via steam; requesting the 10x shadow keys be returned. I attached a message to the trade offer, which identified why I was requesting the keys returned.

This is the message I attached: "I sent 10x shadow keys on 12/17/15 for $1.80 each paypal. I never received payment and you haven't responded to my emails since."

The user declined my trade on December 26, 2015. He also didn't attempt to email me back even after I had explained the situation in the attached trade message.
I have also attached a screenshot of declined trade and accompanying message.

I once again attempted to send another trade request to the user. This time, however, I was unable to access his trade link. I am assuming I was blocked from sending him trade requests, because it worked just fine a few hours prior.

The user and I are not friends on steam and I am unable to send him a request or send him comments.

You get your money. 1st thing report the domain for scamming 2nd thing is to report the guy on steam (not in steam support) 3-4 is send email to feds or the police. including all information+the website. THEN findout who made the website and he's ip. after that you can make complete police report. and get this guy busted and get your money back. PLEASE DO THIS. this isnt a 1 person anymore. this should go to police because when registering domain they should agree some rules. i can help you. i wish you add me in steam

I am now once again able to access your trade link, so your block must have been lifted with the friend request.

Finally resolved.
The user ended up returning the items instead of paying for them via paypal.

I apologize; I haven't been online for a few days.
There was no sort of trade hold. I was able to receive my keys back after once again sending a trade request.

I do feel like this was a scam attempt, as were the incidents described in the previous 2x reports from other users. However, after finally being refunded, there is nothing left to complain about.

It is also worth noting that his website now appears to be down and most of the advertisements selling csgo keys have been removed from his profile.
I would definitely promote the use of caution from others when doing business with "MехicaиTгоll."
