What happened? Description:

CSGO Lounge trade shows a Factory New Hydroponic AK-47, to which I offered a Factory New Falchion Fade (fig. 1). Accused accepts the trade and gives me a trade link (fig. 1). During trade, I notice the AK is actually Well-worn (fig. 2); I cancel the trade and take a screenshot of his profile (fig. 3).​

It could just be a CS:GO Lounge glitch? If that's not possible sorry never really traded in CS:GO so I don't know the websites.

Given that he really pushed it, dodged the question, and the FN skin is a great deal for most of the knives (worth 89k), I'd say it was a scam attempt. The WW skin is worth a mere 21 keys.

No, you didn't at all waste my time -- thanks for suggesting that it could be a csgo lounge screwup. I had never seen those, but apparently they're a thing.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any conversation, where the accused was misrepresenting item quality within the two of you.
With that in mind, there isn't sufficient evidence.

You can report the user to Valve instead
In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accuseds profile
2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
