This person is already marked for attempting an earbud scam. You shouldn't trade with scammers or do any sort of business whatever with scammers, but I can totally understand not knowing if this is your first time here. I will need the following information to process your report: Screenshots of the agreement and/or links to where the agreement is on a website. More information about what happened, such as how long you had admin, what was promised to you, etc. Screenshots of any trade that occurred between you and the accused. Unfortunately, if you were given adminship but then it was withdrawn, it will be difficult to show that a scam had taken place. Server administrators can remove admin from users in order to maintain their servers as they see fit. If you paid and never received it, however, that would be a scam. Thanks and hope to see a response from you soon.
Server logs can show specific access but it would be up to that user to provide it in their defense so it just falls into the category of guilty till proven innocent. I've heard of many so called "Server owners" do this as in take a fee - provide access then revoke it or some of it afterward. I have to say I've thought well ahead for my servers as I require a few things - read our policy/rules - digital signature required on a legal online form stating what was transferred, date, time, steamid etc all IP# stamped at which is retained by me - logs will show various access to commands used thru-out the time frame for which VIP was provided etc etc.. so saying this you should always do you're home work on a server/group for things of this nature instead of jumping feet first which was likely the need to power trip trumped common sense.
After a prolonged period of time, the supposed victim is still either unable or unwilling to provide additional evidence. Therefore, This report will be rejected. Please open a new report if you come across additional evidence. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
