This player >http://steamcommunity.com/id/bombnigeria/< has been posing as a tf2 outpost donor with 7 rep. He is a repeat offender, he scams people by tricking them to give him gift wrap for his summer shades. There are other reports of this guy on steamrep

If you wanted him banned from tf2op, you should have reported him on tf2op or asked a mod to do so...

oh sorry Im kinda new to steamrep but I wanted to use op rep as some proof of what he is doing as that is also where most of his scams happen

Well I managed to talk him out of scamming people in the future as much as I could, he seemed to have learnt his lesson.

He scammed just for the rush of stealing, he doesn't care much about trading and what-not.

Even better news, he says that he will return the stolen items back to the people after I talked with him about it. I'm not sure he will do it to all people, but even returning one item back to a person is helpful.

yes he gave me a key to replace the gift wrap it looks like he is genuinely sorry for what he did

i'm attempting to return the stolen items but i don't think i can return most of it as i pissed most of the people off to the point to where they are auto rejecting my requests
