What happened? Description:

He scammed $431.3075 USD worth bitcoins and didn't online(online but offline mode only), didn't send any messages to me, and didn't reply my two sent emails about this issue. So I realized he was just left Steam after stole my money, he online sometimes for everyday but it's only checking his Steam status and his inventory, no communication, no any messages, even for 1 word. yes for a week.​

Details:

He scammed $431.3075 USD worth bitcoins and didn't online(online but offline mode only), didn't send any messages to me, and didn't reply my two sent emails about this issue.

1. Bitcoin Trasaction Proof: I sent 4.7062001 BTC to scammer(His Bitcoin wallet address: 19RBpf9yki1SqZtmJYRGZqRpHnndEYQqhZ) at Oct 6, 2015. 4.7062001 BTC was $1133.03 USD worth payment. ($700 USD + $433.30 USD))




2. Trade Proof 1 : Scammer sent 114 TF2 Keys to †Iron Witch†(STEAM_0:1:37926409), it's part 1. At Oct 5, 2015, 4:10 pm.




3. Trade Proof 2: Scammer sent 25 CSGO keys to 양유기 § 2월 부코/서코(STEAM_0:1:32783722), my alt account, it's part 2. At Oct 5, 2015, 7:06 pm.




4. Trade Proof 3 : Scammer sent 500 TF2 Keys to †Iron Witch†(STEAM_0:1:37926409), it's part 3. At Oct 6, 2015, 5:55 pm.




5. Middle estimates: Scammer sent 500+114 TF2 keys and + 25 CSGO keys, It was $1133.03 USD worth total in that time.






6. In the chat, scammer agreed $431.3075 worth keys are still didn't sent and I should get these keys.

10. 145 CSGO keys + 4 refineds were $268.6925 USD worth items. And I paid $700 USD worth BTC to him before this trade is done.
So I needs to get extra keys in $431.3075 USD worth from the scammer.


This transaction and trades were did many months ago before. Because I did and doing now for some project myself, that not related Steam trading.
So I was offline for many days, I have no time for trades or online.
The project that I working outside Steam is Bioshock Infite cosplay, I had to make costumes, many props. So I never had enough time to trade myself, I even couldn't online for awhile at Steam.

11. Yes. He was already igonored my two sent emails, and never give any message for the chat, too.
I realized he avoid me for solving this issue and just he did online with offline mode for checking his Steam profile status and his items from the inventory.



12. Simple summory:

Day 1: I sent $1133.03 USD in BTC and I received 614 TF2 keys and 25 CSGO keys, it's same worth items as $1133.03 USD

Day 2: I sent $700 USD in BTC and I received 145 CSGO keys and 4 Refineds, it's $268.6925 worth item. And I have to get more $431.3075 USD worth keys to cover my previous sent payment to scammer.

Day 3: I decided to leave Steam for few months to complete my personal project, and I believe him as a trustworthy trader, so not asking my extra keys at that time.

And now: He never replies for any types of communications (emails, Steam chats, Steam profile comments) and I requests to help you guys for solve this case.​

I have no ability to verify chatlogs that happened 5 months ago, and I have no clue why you didn't contact me earlier about it if it even was the case. Especially since you already knew I don't typically keep chatlogs myself.
There should be a reasonable timeframe for resolving a trade, not like Paypal where you make a complaint 180 days later, even if you had special circumstances.

I've been very busy with real life this week, and I still have not had the time to spend trying to look through this claim.

I'd ideally just like to request a Steamrep admin to look through the case. I'm willing to comply with any final decision from a Steamrep admin, I simply don't have the time or resources to make this kind of a decision myself.

If you're certain about this then we can talk about it next week over Steam.

First of all, DON'T DELETE ANY COMMENTS ON YOUR PROFILE if you think you are innocent. Modify-delete comments are great and

useful trick for a scammer, like YOU.

If you think you are BUSY, that means you said "Yes, I'm scammed $431.3075 USD!!!". I was very busy, exetrimely busy maybe than you, but I collected datas, posted two emails, and sent many chats to you. But YOU NEVER GIVE ANY WORD.

If you remember, I always send money first to you and you gave key after my money is received. Because I was believes you at that time? Don't you?
This case is same as that- I sent money first as usual because I was trusted you. Do you remember I sent $500-$700 USD first for every transactions at that time?

Again, the money is not a problem. I'm entirely willing to agree to a solution to this. Please calm your horses and don't exaggerate the situation.

I'm busy. I shouldn't have to change my usual habits just to accomodate to you. I've got a real life now, I've moved countries, I've got school and plenty of actual obligations now. I enjoy life, I keep a positive mindset, I don't want to deal with the stress of handling a dispute where I have to check details and try to remember something that happened half a year ago - that is also I why I asked for a Steamrep admin to act as an intermediary, I just didn't also want to think about this.

I deleted comments on my profile since I'm allowed to. I did a couple of trades of minor amount of keys since I'm allowed to. I did both of those things after I gave you a reply on this thread, stating that I'd get in touch with you in a week.

I do still trust you. You had greater attention to detail than I ever did. But try to be calm and reasonable as well, I'm sure you would be if you were able to see it from my point of view.

Good news, this case is no longer. He gave 317 TF2 Keys for $570.60 USD total and I was sent $100 USD worth bitcoin to him for extra keys.
I have to pay again to him for $39.2925 USD at near future
431.3075$+100$ = My payment
570.60$ = His sent keys total prices
