Appeal description:

I was recently browsing through CS:GO like a usually to attempt to buy a dragon lore of players but I cam across one guy that I asked he agreed it came to making the payment (Which I made) and because the payment was going to take 24hours to appear in the account (Which I was happy to wait for) The user contacted a steam rep admin of his friends list and got both my account Steam rep banned. I'd hope this ban can be removed from my account as soon as possible.
