    Offered PayPal, sent knife, and then blocked without given money in return​

    I was not aware of Steam Rep until after the fact, and I told my friend I got scammed and he referred me to this site and told me what to do.

    This process takes time - the objective is to educate not punish. You see the user you reported has been reported multiple times. Someone is able to search this person and YOU to determine if they are someone they wish to trade with in the future. SteamRep just acts as a powerful tool for anyone to use much like google when looking up information or in this case users and how they interact with Steam Trading.

    I put in a ticket for this as well as Steam Support. Are you aware if there is any way that Steam Support could assist me in being refunded, or possibly getting my items back because of the proof that I have provided, or am I out of luck?
