Description: I met this guy on an unusual trade server. He seemed sketchy but I accepted to go first for a small overpay. I then went first and gave him the items and then he said he sent the money and it will take 5 min. They never arrived. I have been scammed out of my unusual. Please give him a punishment he deserves.

He traded the hat from his alt. to his primary and put it for sale.

I purchased this hat the other day... Didn't know it was scammed. Wish I had known this as I would have taken screenshots of all the fake rep he had and was giving. He put something about buying an unusual for money and sending first on the profile of a low hour, few weapon/strange item inventory

Why is this still pending?

It looks as if [B0$$] Cookie_monsta is innocent. It's just someone who was friends with the guy who scammed you. The guy who scammed you was using his name although he barley knew him and he just used his name. The guy ended up using the name [BO$$]Cookie_Monstaz which is different than the guy who baught it from now known as "I'm a bird" for cheap not knowing it was scammed. That was his story from him.

he is far from innocent. After I purchased the hat I found that he was fake repping others as well. I gave him a warning and said take it down or you will become a tagged scammer. I don't know if he did or not. After reading this report I ultimately deleted him.

Like the rep was so obviously fake. 'bought unusual from him, I sent money first... blah blah blah' on the profile of accounts that literally have 24 items in their backpack, etc

Right. I know that. I was saying he appeared or was claiming to be. I didn't bleive it for sure at any point. I was just saying what he told me.

Wow its been over a month and no action. This just proves to me that SteamRep does not function.

I love the workload.

I spent a lot of time putting this together and no one's even responded!

Unfortunately, it appears that the request for more information was never posted. I sincerely apologize for the wait and you are correct in that waiting this long for a response to a report is entirely unacceptable. Can you please post a screenshot of your inventory history as well as your Paypal history verifying non-payment? The inventory history needs to be for the entire day of the scam. Thank you for the report and I apologize once again for the wait.
