TF2 Outpost. Whats with the Perma ban??

Hello guys, most of you know about TF2 Outpost. For those who don't they are a website who helps traders all across the world sell or buy tf2 items whether it be for cash, or other items. It was a great website. However they banned me permanently without notice, warning, or giving me information or even evidence of what I did. All they showed was. Reason: Scammer alt.
Now personally I don't know what that means. It sounds like they think I have an alternate account for which I use for scamming people? Thing is. I don't even have an alternate account.... so this guy http://steamcommunity.com/id/ZePretender/ is the one who Perma banned me without information or even contacting me. So I added him as a friend on steam and has failed to respond back. Which makes me think hes either misinformed, abusing his admin powers, or is just a jerk. I'm hoping its the first and thats what I think. If you have any comments or advice let me know. I've been using this site for months! And had no problems, that is until now.

You need to ask an OP admin or appeal. You can either appeal on their site directly or you can join their steam group and do it there.

That is another person that frequents our server. And apparently he is also an admin (must have been a recent addition to the admin team; last I checked, he was still a regular member).

Anyone with the "^DF" tag is a member.
Anyone with the "-a^DF" is an admin.
