    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561197960283842

    Victim profile: 76561198024175622

    What happened? Description:
Posted a trade on CS:GO lounge - wanted to trade skins/keys or money for an ESL Pin. Guy adds me, wants me to go first. We talk for a bit, he mentions he did a similar trade a few days ago. Add the guy he supposedly traded with and talk to him for a bit. He says the trade went well and so on. I ask Mqmo for a screenshot of the trade where he gave him the skins, hes afk for 5 minutes and comes back saying he was doing smth for his dad. Pretty sure they did the trade there and then. He links me the screenshot, I didn't think of checking their inventories immediately to see if they just traded so I agree to make the trade. Give him the code, get unfriended, blocked, etc.

Thank you for the report. However to process this we would also need a screenshot from your trade history covering the time of the scam. You can find your trade history by going to your steam profile -> inventory -> more -> view inventory history.

Picture Scam5.png was taken after the scam. Point is that he received the PIN code but never traded me the promised skin.

That's a screenshot of the trade offer history and not the "trade history" which is what we need.

Thank you for the fast reply. I'll mark this as ready for review so that an admin can run over this all.

I'm afraid we no longer accept reports dealing with cd keys, game codes, steam codes, pin codes etc due to change of policy.
