What happened? Description:

This guy added me on my smurf account, The Suspect, and started trying to buy my knife. I told him I can sell it to him on opskins if he wants to use real money. He declined and started talking about his fake cashrep and stuff like that. Based on the chat logs, it is obvious that I am trying to make a safe trade for both of us whereas his intention is just to scam me. I told him that opskins is the best way since he can just add money from paypal, he said no. I then said that if we use paypal he should go first and chargeback if I scam (I'll take a video so if he charges back anyway I win the paypal-case), he said no as well. He wants me to 'trust' him and go first. Obvious scammer! I gave the guy a fake paypal email yet he said that the transaction is ready so he will send me a trade offer for my skin...​

You must be stupid or something. I said you could add PayPal to OPSkins and buy my knife from there, but you declined for some stupid reason. I then asked you to go first with PayPal because if I scam you, you can simply chargeback and it is safer for both of us. I mean yes if we do a legit deal you could try to chargeback afterwards anyway but you wouldn't win the PayPal case because I would simply send them the video recording I took of giving you my knife, but you didn't want to do this method either.

Finally you asked me to send you my knife first because you're definately legit and I should trust you. If I was stupid enough to do this, and got scammed, I would have no way of getting my knife back. Your intention was obviously to scam me.

First of all, you are probably a scammer if you trust individual players more than OPSkins. I mean it would be cheaper for you to buy it from OPSkins anyway.

Secondly, the methods I offered were safe for both of us, yet you still declined and offered a method that was a very obvious, well known scam. The reason I said I trusted you and went with it is because I knew your intentions were to scam me and I wanted to see if I could get enough proof to report you, which I did.

Thirdly you didn't prepare a payment because the email I sent you was a fake email and not even a PayPal account. The screenshot you send me is obviously fake and edited. Your intentions were very obviously to scam me and I clearly showed this in the 20 screenshots I provided.

Ontop of that, I'm fairly sure that steamrep staff will clearly be able to see that you're a scammer...

I'm reporting you from my main account. Now please stop replying here and embarrassing yourself. You tried to scam someone because you thought they just won a knife from a giveaway and only have 250 hours... You failed and got reported on steamrep... There is enough evidence....

First of all, you can't get a steamrep ban for false accusations. Secondly, you have nothing to 'defend'. I posted screenshots of our whole chat, I did not miss a single word. I even included proof that I was in fact talking with you. So there's no need for you to repost the same chat logs. That's why you can stop relying here, you have nothing to say. There is no more 'proof' for you to show.

Like I already said, I took screenshots of our whole conversation since you added me, I did not miss a single word. Also unlike you I hovered over your image in order to prove that it was actually you. You did not do that for your screenshots which means that they could be fake/staged screenshots. Steamrep does not ban people for fake accusations. If you think they do then please submit a separate report. If you think that I wrongfully accused you, please wait for a staff member to reply here and then submit an appeal.

I can only get a ban for this report if the evidence and screenshots that I have provided are fake. However as you can see they're very real...

If your intention was not to scam me, you would have either accepted doing it on OPSkins or you would have gone first with the money and you would have charged back if I scammed you. You even lied about preparing the payment because you said you prepared it to the fake email I gave you that wasn't even a PayPal account...
