We are going to need some more evidence here. Could your friend please come to this thread and post screenshots of his trade history as well as screenshots of his Paypal (with personal information removed, ofcourse) showing lack of payment? Any screenshots or chatlogs would also be appreciated. Thank you!

him banned in tf2outpost for scaming, in tf2rep have tag VALVE PROBATION, make him tag scammer bicause it tf2outpost him have same tag.
