    What happened? Description:
    Obviously a scammer, judging by the description. Intent to be fraudulent. There are no such things as steam administrators.​

    Well, through an attempted scammer. I looked through his friends in an effort to "kill two birds with one stone", if you will. He has fraudulent information and it is pretty obvious that that is also a scammer. Scammers tend to be close to scammers.

    What the user has on their profile could be meant as a joke for all we know..what I'm really looking for is INTENT to scam with it. As in direct contact between you and the accused.
    Showing intent such as communication of some sort will help secure a tag to prevent an appeal as the user could appeal and say they were joking with someone...who knows.

    I dont think it is a joke and should be based on the premise. It is not like YOU ban them. You just put a little red flag next to their name. Probably better for it. If you feel like He is joking then read the profile yourself. I am just trying to help people. This is in no way effecting me, but someone ignorant enough to fall for the "Steam admin" scan will. And I would hate it for them.

    What you think and what could be happening are two different things. Don't go hunting down users with sketchy profiles its best to avoid them as there are thousands like that.
    Report them to Valve is the best thing you can do to help people since even with a tag here they can still trade.
    I'll accept this report this one time but its best to only report those you have direct contact with to show that added extra intent or communication to close up any loop holes that may exist for an appeals process.
