What happened? Description:

This user added me for a possible "trade". Sent him an offer and after he said I need adds. After I asked him to send me an offer he said he couldn't so I went on to his inventory because I knew it was sketchy and when I got there the item was Field-Tested instead of Factory New as you could see in the first screenshot.​

Can you take another screenshot of that trade offer that was declined? But this time can you take it from your web browser and can you hover your cursor over the accused's name so that a URL appears in the bottom left?

Thanks, but the last evidence that i provided as you can see its his custom url that /id/.. he can change that at anytime, let me know if he changes it.

You just need to check the accused info box you add on the top of the thread, you can click on the SteamID64 to go on his profile, this URL works even he changes his custom URL, his ID64 (76561198233882996) will never change since it's linked to his account ! ^^
