Invalid I got scammed by Dysphorick (he is from Singapore)

I already reported him to dota2traders.com and my claim has been accepted. They are marking him now, however I did not notice any ban status on the scammer's steam profile page, do I have to activate any settings to be able to see this? Also is the scammer being marked already and baned from trade?

This is incorrect, simply go to a person's SteamRep page and copy the ID block generated there.
