What happened? Description:

[DC] Private Bravo added me out of nowhere. He claimed to have reported me to Steam and that his other guy is banning me in 10 minutes. He then tried to scare me with a video of him "reporting" me.

I do not know this person. I believe he tried to scam me of my Team Fortress 2 taunts.
The profile he directed me to wanted me to send my taunts to some other account through a trade offer. He promised I would get the items back in "2-3 minutes".

This guy who he claimed is going to ban me also happens to be banned on SteamReps.​

Sorry for being unclear. This "other guy" is iCAMP™, whose profile he linked to me in Steam Chat, as can be seen from the posted screenshots.

[DC] Private Bravo added me, claiming that iCAMP™ would ban me.
iCAMP™ then persuaded me to send my items to Program: Item Database profile, as can be seen from the Steam Chat screenshots.

I suggest that these [DC] Private Bravo and iCAMP™ people are the same person or work together.

I'll give you the full, in-depth story.
This is all covered in the Steam Chat screenshots I've posted.

Private Bravo added me, out of nowhere. He claimed to have reported me to Steam "by accident" for duped Team Fortress 2 items.
He then linked me to a profile called iCAMP. Private Bravo claimed that iCAMP works for Valve and that he can prevent my ban if I contact him in 10 minutes.
This is where my contact with Private Bravo ends and with iCAMP begins.
I contacted iCAMP and he convinced me that he does work for "Valve Fraud Prevention Team" and needs me to prove that my items are legit.
iCAMP then sent a trade offer link to something called "Program: Item Database". This Program thing is actually just another level 0 Steam account with no activity.
I needed to prove my items to be legit and non-duped by sending them to this "Item Database Program" account via the aforementioned trade offer link. The "Program" would confirm these items to be legit and I would get them back in "2-3 minutes".
I did not send a trade offer to any of these three accounts and I have not been robbed of any of my TF2 items.
This is where my contact with iCAMP ends and I report him and Private Bravo to Steam for scamming.

I concluded early on that these Private Bravo and iCAMP people are the same people or work together to scam people.
iCAMP is already banned on Steamgifts, but Private Bravo is not. I sure hope Private Bravo also receives the same status for even working with someone who scams people.
