Appeal description:

I wish to remove the steam ban on my reputation status and to see if you guys can lead me step by step, I have fallen for the trick of the same situation of "hey, sorry but I kinda reported you for duped items" thing back and I was worried, I am new to steam and it's been nearly a a year and a half and I wish not ruin my reputation and make another account and start from scratch....I just want to keep my account and I'll make sure to never let this go over my head and panic, I wish I took screenshots but I didn't buy I do know who it was, it was Joyner on steam and I wish for instructions​

Alright, the pictures of the whole situation of me scamming like the jpg wasn't me (pic1), I was hacked by Joyner (pic2) who scammed some of my friends, such as Eva and amazing marie (pic3) but we can up with a password in case a hacker tries to do the whole scam, I chose one of my friends name or a food I dont eat (pic 4), so what I'm trying to say is that, Im new to steam but I would never scam anyone, my account was hijacked and used by Joyner or another person and I wish to remove the flag and support the people that have lost their items, so I can repay them for what occured, (Jan 31st - Feb 3rd, these were the days that I wasn't on steam due to family stuff)

How do I check the tickets? (I'm kinda new to steam)

What do I tell them? The truth of what happened and who I thought it was?

I'll ask them to see if they can send a steam support ticket to check if I was hijacked (Unless somehow they got on by other means such as friends or my actual friend Frost WickedPaw)

Ok, tomorrow we talk and I'll check with my friend Frost (that's what I call him) and see if he was involved
