    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561199095061994

    Victim profile: 76561198255386885

    What happened? Description:
    He randomly wrote to me to buy my knife, we agree for a 135e for knife and then he send me fake paypal payment even on screenshot you can see that date on his computer is 2/15 and on payment is 2/14 soo he did that screenshot day before we tried to trade.

    If you need more evidence, just tell me i will give you all.
    I didint get nothing on my email/paypal it was just fake confirmation of payment.​

    Provide Evidence:

    Need a FULL screenshot of your paypal activity for the last 3 days at least - do not edit/crop image in anyway.
    Also trade inventory history for the last 2 days till now - also again FULL screenshot do not edit/crop in anyway - make sure this is done thru steam client with URL showing.
    More importantly a FULL screenshot of your friend activity that shows you were in fact friends with this user and discussed this situation with the accused.
    What you provided doesn't prove that thus far.

    Like i told you i didint have him in friendlist because he just wrote to me, you dont need to be friends to wire to someone.

    You still need to prove identity and being a friend shows that.
    You have to prove and verify identity - someone must be a friend to PM you but not wire you.

    Are you new on steam? you don't need to be friends to write to someone. on screenshot 4 you can see his profile from chat and at screenshot 5 you see his profile, everything is the same i cant prove that in any other way.

    No I'm not but you must be friends to prove identity which is what I'm getting at.
    I'm more than welcome to have you prove that another way but showing you being friends thru friend activity is best way and we must verify identity before we accept a report here - otherwise you could be reporting the wrong user or an impersonated user for all we or you know.
    I realize this is going to make you unhappy to have to show and prove but that is how its going to be.

    The only possible way is to show you by a video which you dont accept, otherwise i can't show you "friend activity" because i never had him in friendlist
    you can check that to your information that he is the "real" guy

    Sorry we don't review videos. You could take some more full screenshots and mouse over the users steam name so it shows up their ID a few more times I may be able to take that.

    ok well first one there didn't show me anything - rather pointless to show a profile.
    I can get by with the 2nd one but its critical you add users to verify identity in the future.
    I'll go over this again later no need to reply again

    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
