I've hidden that 2nd link as I'm not sure its safe but I'm not entirely sure what you are asking either.

That ID64 doesn't work either so ya got a working one?

Ummm…The second link is the localization project launched by Valve and Perfect World in Mainland China—Steam China https://steamdb.info/blog/steam-china-launched/

The data of Steam China and Steam Global are the same, but if the user does not access the other version, we cannot access his personal information in the other version.

Therefore, if a user is registered in Steam China and he is not logged in to Steam Global, we cannot access his profile from steamcommunity.com.

I see ok, I'll restore it then.
Even still the ID you gave 1st link isn't a valid ID64 so it doesn't show up to SteamRep.

I don't understand what you mean.
So does SteamREP have no plans to support querying native Steam China accounts?

This ID64 (76561199152979593) - Does Not Work....the number is not a valid ID64 or really doesn't exist as in the account doesn't exist.

    | steamname: 清靈語
    | steam3ID: [U:1:184473747]
    | steamID32: STEAM_0:1:92236873

Yours works fine for example - see above.
Any ID64 that Valve gives an account is pulled from Valve thru SR Database.

No, it is valid, the second link is accessible.

I have already told you that as long as the Steam China account is not connected to Steam Global, it cannot be accessed in Steam Global.

If the user does not agree to the agreement in the picture, the Steam Global profile will not be created, it will only appear in Steam China.

It may work for you but what I was referring to is that the ID64 there that you have in it does not seem to pull anything with SteamRep.
The ID64 that Valve gives a user would need to be functional on Valve's end for SteamRep's database to see it.
This is all you will get from us with that ID you gave.

But I think Valve has prepared a separate API for Steam China.
    E.g: https://api.steamchina.com/

I will inquire, but considering this is a US based organization we may not venture beyond what we already have.
Wouldn't expect any changes with this either way for the near future.
