That's my girlfriend acc, we live together so we play from the same PC

Appeal description:

So a long time ago i was hijacked and later found that my acc was used to fraud people. I even tried to tell people here that i didn't do it. Now i'm not even trading anymore, but i don't like that my beloved steam acc has this red crest. "Trades" like that never happened before or after this incident and i'm still using the same acc as 10 years ago. I'm even using almost the same nickname as from the beginning. It just went through evolution while i grew up. slava_nokia (Slava is my name BTW) -> IlikeNokia (evolution of my notolnlyforgames nickname) -> ILN (First letters of previous). Of course full nickname history is a little bigger, but those three i used for a long periods of time and on a lot of sites.
I live in Russia so sorry if my English is hard to read. I've almost never used Paypal in my life and i never even bought a thing for steam using it. Can you please help me to remove ban mark from my account?

If you are claiming hijack, you must provide 1. a steam support ticket indicating you were hijacked during the time of the offense. 2. exact dates (or as best you can) from when to when you were hijacked. 3. Inventory history one week prior to one week after being hijacked.
You have two weeks to provide this information.

1. I don't have a ticket about hijacking. I was too young to understand that i need to do that

Without a ticket, the appeal cannot be considered, that is the only way we can look into hijacking claims. As you said you do not have one, the appeal has no way forward and is denied since the account did otherwise commit a RWC (real world currency) related offense that we do NOT consider any appeals for.
