Appeal description:

In 2019, I fell for the "Steam Worker" scam when one of my old friends DMed me saying that they accidentally reported me.

After i friended the scammer, I gave them my account details, not realizing the obvious that is Steam Support never asking you for your password or DMing you in this way.

I was able to get my account back within 3 days, but I was banned from the Steam community for a while due to the hijacking.

fortunately. the scammer didn't take anything due to me not having any items of value.

To be super clear: I do not trade with strangers. The only time I trade is with friends, but even that is extremely rare.​

oof. i didn't notice i had gotten an appeal rejected. i no longer have the screenshots to prove any of this..so...

is there a way y'all can check trading history or..?

i know i can check my precious steam support tickets, but i'm pretty sure they're expired :\
