Appeal description:

Hello, i am the real owner of this account that was hijacked 4 years ago and used for malicious activities, let me explain my situation.

My account was hijacked by a "Valve employee" back in 2019, one day i was playing with my friends on a tf2 server, then all of a sudden, a guy messages me that he accidentally reported me to a Valve mod and he is going to ban me if i don't talk to said employee, so, i talked with this "Valve employee" about a pending ban i had in my account, i stupidly believed his story and he tells me to talk to him over discord, and he convinces me to give my account details, and then BOOM!. My account got stolen, when this happened i was on a panic mode and didn't what to do, so i called my dad who was currently coming back from work and explained to him the whole situation, long story short, he created another account and told me that this was the new main account we were going to use and forget the original account.

4 years later, we get to the present day, by doing some digging on my old father's gmail account which was linked to the steam account, i found a lot of emails of transactions, steam auth messages, etc. And it got me thinking "what if i try to get back my account?", and i started messaging steam support for help, fortunately i got the account back, after that i had to appeal to the community ban the account had because of the hijacker's activity.

To be honest im genuinely sorry to anyone that have been messaged by the guys who were behind this account all the way back in 2019 just to get your account details, and feel kinda dumb for falling in such obvious scam, i hope that no one in this world falls for this like i did. Thanks for your attention

(PS: In the screenshots of the request, you can see that i am speaking spanish, so i dont know if i should translate it or not, but the steam employee answers are in english so... if anything you can ask me to translate it)
