There are people who have been waiting since july 23rd when they got banned for duping items who are still waiting. Be patient

Well why some people get appeal 1 day after, and why they don't go by older to newest.

Since your account did scam someone as the evidence and victim both indicate - and since you are refusing to repay the victim that was scammed from you account, your appeal is denied then. Repaying what what was stolen is a requirement for appeals, even if your kid alledgedly did it as you mentioned. Regardless, very best of luck to you sir.
