Improper Format TF2 Raffle scammer

So me and some other people I don't know, but we won a raffle and when we add the guy, he just removes us and says we didn't want the item on tf2r. So if someone can help us get our stuff back, that'd be great.

But I see he's been banned from tf2r, wait for a admin or mod to answer I don't think steam rep can do anything for you. But you will have to see.
