    Hello,

Yes, i impersonated someone, that's the prove: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198052113649-ar-antony500.1788/
But... I didn't scam anyone, actually. I know i would reserve a CAUTION tag, but a Scammer tag? I didn't scam anyone.
Hope to get atleast a Caution tag.

    Thank you for your time.

You impersonated someone, there is somthing wrong with that. You still even have the same picture! It dosn't matter if you didn't scam anyone, the fact that you impersonated someone with a numerous amount of reputations proves that you are a scammer and impersonator.

If it was for malicious scopes, then why didn't i scam anyone? I would have scammed someone if i were a scammer.

The fact that you impersonated a high rep trader to begin with for no valid reason is extremely fishy. You should start by providing some proof that no trades occurred during you impersonation. It's a very serious offense, and just because you didn't scam anyone, doesn't mean you didn't intend to (see all the Team Vedetia appeals where they're trying to bank on "not having scammed anyone" as sufficient to get their tags removed and getting a sound "no" in return).

Just because you never successfully scammed someone doesn't mean you didn't try. Why else would someone impersonate a high profile trader?

Impersonation is a particularly serious offence. Not only does it undermine the goodwill created in association with a name and the rep accrued but it can have reputation damaging consequences in the long run for the individual being impersonated.

Most impersonator scammers are prolific in their approach, they single out many traders and use the goodwill with someones name to orchestrate either a paypal related scam or a fake middleman injection scam. I believe there is a certain amount of separation from those cases and this one here. Impersonation at any level is serious. Antony in this case had impersonated "hundreds unusuals" but I cannot see how he used it to deceive, scam or lie to someone. In the time frame there have been no reported cases of him using this name in a scam attempt and his trade history suggests this to an extent. The original report also pointed out this fact too. The appellant also added the name change was in a short time frame and I am inclined to agree with this. However he was rightly marked as a scammer at the time as a necessary precaution to the community.

The use of the avatar I believe is erroneous evidence as it is largely generic. I am satisfied to downgrade this to a CAUTION tag with the opportunity to appeal this pending NO reports or IMPERSONATION reports in a 6 month time period. The user has been warned, this is a rare chance, there will be no more chances. I want to avoid inherent issues concerning how one lapse in judgement concerning a name change can have serious effects on an individual's reputation where there was no guilty mind or scammers intent.

Best of luck to you sir and do not squander your second chance.
