    I thought this guy was going to give me 200 Paypal for a Bubbling Team Captain. he disconnected after the trade If at all possible, I would very much like my tc back, if that is possible. I have 1 pic of the conversation, (the only part needed,) and two of the paypal pages of me expecting 200 dollars.     ​

    Who is the guy you received the Unusual Bubbles TC from? Can you post his SteamID and a screenshot without him blacked-out? I just need to confirm it's not the guy in question (i.e. that he didn't loan it to you or something weird). Your conversation is so short, I'd need a cleaner inventory history picture.
