I was looking at the website, and on the website they dont ask you to sign into steam at all. Seems to just be advertising a website that teaches you to hack. Some extent a smaller version of Hack Forums. If they were asking you to sign into your steam account then that would be phishing. But it just seems like a normal website.

just i dont screenshot it but he also write more "forums" links where you will add your email and psw ... also in some sites steamlogin only so they will get email and psw and steam login , so they can hijack acc then

You dont have a picture of the other website he linked you to? Because this hacking universe website is just a script kiddies website. I registered and it doesent ask for your steam info at all, i dont even see it mentioning steam at any point
