Description: This guy was my friend and he wanted to borrow one Earbuds from me and he said he would return in 2-3 weeks. After the time I gave him 2 more weeks but he still didn't return me the bu and he removed me from his friend list. The screen shots above shows every thing- Date and time, Chat screenshots and the names he had changed.
I'm hoping to get this guy marked as scammer or if he returns me bud I have no problem. My main purpose is not to get him a scammer tag but to get my bud back. I warned him that I'm gonna report him for what he did to me and he said '' do waht ever you want! ''

So Now Mittens talked to Impact about it and he lied to Mittens. Hes reason for not giving the bud is that I removed him from my clan and he told me to put him back to the clan and if I did that he would give me the bud back but the real story is that he left the clan after he rejected to pay me back. I am now dealing with the transaction of the buds between impact and King Avenger. We have discussed the terms that I will hand over the buds once impact is accepted back into Kings UGC highlander team roster. I thought King would have put this on hold or closed the thread as we had come to an agreement. As such Impact is not a scammer and therefore I would request his tag be removed. Thanks in advance

The case with mittens is overconfusing as he/she was talking about Impact being kicked from the UGC highlander group not from the clan King was referring to. Unfortunately King thought the opposite and so the evidence he provided is now misleading.

I talked to the UGC leader of my team who helped me in all the matches and hes valued more than me on UGC so he said he won't let Impact in again. I tried convencing him but he said he wont add him back. Second, UGC has nothing to do with the buds. He borrowed the buds and his job is to return it back no matter what because we didn't make any agreement realated to groups or UGC. We just made this agreement that he WILL return within 2-3 weeks which he didn't. So if he returns the bud back with out any circumstances like I gave him without making an agreement related to the clan except for what I told him to return me back within 2-3 weeks.

Mittens is a very reputable person. The guy you talking with is an impersonator and he is already marked as scammer.

King Avenger you should have known I was talking about the new agreement you both made and accepted yesterday, however it is now apparant that it's nigh on impossible for impact to rejoin the UGC team, so after he has had some final words he's going to get back to me and I should be able to hand the buds over.
