Basically a huge raffle scam. Scammer 1 ( Notorious ) makes raffles, which at first look legit. But at a closer look....This guy "jonas" ( Scammer 2 ) wins all of the raffles. Allright here I'll explain how he said his raffles work. He said that there is 50 avalivable tickets for the raffle. For each "ticket" you pay him 1 refined metal and then select a number from 1 to 50. So Me and the Victim 1 entered his raffle. But after that, Scammer 2 ( Jonas ) entered the raffle too. By scammer 1's information he put 4 keys into the raffle, which is equal to 17 tickets. So after that, by all expectations, he won the raffle. I thought all was fine, but then I realized that something smells fishy. I checked his steam profile and found the jonas guy ( Scammer 2 ). The weird thing was.... He was on his friend list since december 2012. After that, I checked bazzar.tf and bam. jonas is free to play. How did he get 4 keys ? That's right. Notorious ( Scammer 1 ) gave him the keys. They were doing this scam for quite long. They must have scammed off more than 500 $ worth of stuff. I told him that I know that he's a scammer and he went offline, changed his name and moved the items to an alternative account which is currently unknown. I'm sure there are other people who got scammed by those guys. Anyways. I hope that the justice is served sooner or later.

EDIT : I don't have any pictures, because he removed me before I realized that he's a scammer.

Either he or jonas win the raffles. That's all the info. for now, I will post if I get more.

Also, "Reefe" is "Notorious". He changed his name.

Ok let me present the other side of the argument. Notorious was holding some raffles and invited me to buy some tickets, I bought quite a few and won. The same thing happened with jonas, and I have proved to Bacon that he isn't actually F2P. All this is a case of is 'I didn't win the raffle so it must be a scam'. I'm sorry if I'm mistaken but I cannot see any evidence supporting these outlandish allegations. The only bit of 'evidence' is Bacon accusing Notorious of a crime without supplying any evidence. In conclusion all this is, is an attempt to ban a couple of innocent rafflers. Oliver, I would like to speak to you in person. Thank You for you time.

I talked to those guys, did a lot of research. They are not guilty. Please remove this thread.
