I was on a trading server when a friend of mine I met on MvM offered to buy my Bubbling Buckaroos Hat for 35 dollars, I wasn't sure whether or not to, and he upped the price to 40 bucks sent to my steam wallet, I accepted, we traded, and he then proceeded to unfriend, block me, and block one of my other friends, it also seems that he had a lot of rep on his profile, regardless of him scamming me

May you provide a screenshot of your inventory history, (which can be found by clicking on your inventory on your steam profile, and then clicking inventory history near the middle right), and a screenshot of your paypal history, showing you did not obtain the money. If you can provide that, we can move this report along.
