Who exactly is Starburst? Is it an account shared by SR admins to help out reports?

I was under the impression he was a SteamREP admin that just does not trade. But he isn't listed as an SR admin on his SR page or on the SteamREP staff page.

If I appeal I want to make it an honest one instead of the one full of bull$#!% I made before. Is that allowed?

wait till Steam is working again... the steam login works, but isn't serving SR (feedback link) for Steam gives their own usage more priority.

Are reports/appeals still allowed as long as ID (obviously) is included in the post? It says the accounts have to be linked, so I have no idea.

You need to log in here via Steam, do you notice my Steam info appears in the box where my name is on the left hand side? People who just log in outside of Steam could be anyone at all

Why not? If you have Steam, you should be able to simply use the login via steam button here.

I'm thinking of possibly filing an appeal on my tag. If you are not aware of my circumstances they are here: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/i-scammed-i-admit-it.27141/ as well as here: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/scammers-and-trading.28774/. I was wondering if appeals were processed differently since it was a 2 person scam. I appreciate any responses I get.

Bump, any answer to this? Seems to be working for everyone else, and it's holding back my appeal. Is there any solution to this?

You still cannot log in by pressing the green icon to login via Steam?

Datastorm appeared to be saying it was temporary and you should try again. Anyway when he logs on later, I am sure he will have some idea what the issue could be, he is quite clever like that.
