I am looking to get back at trading, and want this removed, I have never scammed, and certainly will not try, and scamming $4.05 is abit ridiculous. I wouldn't do so.
It is plausible that the paypal system was experiencing more then expected traffic at the time. I know that I sent the payment. Here is a direct screenshot of my Paypal. Proof that I did send the payment.

I am not quite sure how to edit it, close it please.

If you just forgot to add a few notes, there's no need to close it, just add them through new posts (if you're trying to close it because of the tile, an admin can change it for you).
