Description: I was looking to buy a mutton chops and pipe on tf2outpost, and he added me, saying that he wanted a little more than that. I decided to keep him on my list, and he messages me saying that there's a raffle for his chops and it was a rec per entry, ten slots, and that there were 8 left. I said nah, and he left. He came back later saying one slot left, i traded him, and he promptly removed me. I attempted to add him back, but he simply blocked me. Chat transcript below.
