Sadly, i dont have screenshots of this trade, but where is the thing. I was selling my peace le party for 89 USD. He paid a part of the fees and i pay the other, that's why on the scrrenshoot ill see that he sent 91.5 USD. He added me and said that he will pay that. Then he send the money and put notes on paypal. This thing was 2 days ago. Today, when i wake up, i had a paypal email saying that this guy charge back the money. Then i call paypal resolution center and they told me that the propietary of the paypal account (a guy called George Rodriguez) said that he didn't do that. So i guess, this guy (MarionChan) stolen the paypal account of George Rodriguez and did the trade. I'll put some screenshots of my paypal account. And ill put the info of the hat stolen.

He turn his bp private, tf2items says that i have the hat when i'm not.

Same happened to me, I heard he was a refund/charge back scammer but I didn't know what it was, untill 2 days after the trade he asked his money back through paypal. I have 1 week the time to gather evidence otherwise I need to pay invoice and he'll still have the hat. My first paypal trade... and I got scammed. I hope this guy gets what he deserves because clearly I'm not the only 1 that got scammed by this guy.

Next time, ask the buyer to write in his notes "No chargebacks will be applied"

If it doesn't scare them off, you can get paypal to help you out.

Next time? does this mean there's no way to retract the ''charge back''? I mean if he gets away with this he'll just get richer IRL + in game..

Given this report passes through, he will not be richer, as no one will want to trade with him, as his account will be marked.

You may be able to get your money back. Contact paypal and tell them what happened.

Atm the most important thing for me is that I will get my money back, Eat The meek said it's impossible that I'll get my money back, is that true? Because I haven't paid the charge back yet.

I really wonder how many people have been a victim of this guy, if it's true that paypal can't do anything then this is pretty messed up, since this guy is basically scamming people of their money/ig items & trading them to his main account.

Which is why marking him and his main account is of the utmost importance.

Not really. Add him and persuade him to send the money back, and if he does, you'll support him in his appeal.

He doesn't accept any invites, and if he does then he wont respond, he blocked me etc.

a) pictures of inventory history showing it in the Steam browser for the entire day
b) pictures of the chat

What effect did your le party phantom have? If you want, I can check if they've tried to sell it, and if so, track it down.

got the money back guys, it seens like it was a kind who use his father's account. The father didnt know about that of course. Thanks tho!

Uhh I might be the only 1 but he asked for his money again.. I don't know why paypal still allows this when they already gave the money back first..?
