I literally got scammed by this same guy last night. When he was saying that he just paid 55$ for an unusual, he was referring to mine, but he never actually paid the money. Why hasn't this guy been banned yet

My opinion says this is a scammer who has filled his inventory with cheap crates for noobies to think he has alot of items.
As for the keys, there are none and no unusuals too!
This seems very fishiy!
and If he just locked his inventory to stop peeps from hasteling him, he would at least have something desirable than about 5 pages of crated
and He would not have been albe to get rid of these in the time since the last scam without getting at least one +rep

I just got scammed by this guy yesterday. He should be banned and we should get our hats back. End of story.
