Well I am fan of TF2, and have made trustworthy trades in the past (though I never get any rep for it, people always forget to add rep). But as of right now I am currently stalking a person who scammed me out of some items of mine for an unusual raffle he was doing, his current name is Wazoo and his steam profile is: here http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198072895583 . I am also keeping an eye on his cohort in crime TwizTed_SnowZ who steam profile is here: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198076081068 . He will either have to cough up all he has taken or the unusual he was "raffling" (or both of those things if I am persuasive enough). I have witnesses whom are my friends as well who were on the server to prove the actions had happened. But either way if neither steamrep or valve can do anything I will take matters into my own hands.
