    If you are one of those not getting their email, its because email providers (hotmail, gmail, etc) are seeing Valve emails as spam. The solution is to add them to your contacts.

    1. Go to your e-mail account and log in.
    2. Go to your contacts and add two new contacts:
      1. '[email protected]'
      2. '[email protected]'
