What happened? Description:

The accused (76561198085763959) added me with the intent on purchasing CSGO virtual items with real money through paypal. He offered to go first, but instead of sending an actual payment, he sent the common fake invoice / bill marked as paid in lieu of the actual money. All screenshots below including the chat, his paypal info.

Provide Evidence:

All screenshots below, including the full chat agreement and him claiming he sent a payment when he instead sent a bill, his steamid page w/ his steamid64 url, the actual bill and its info, my full paypal history over the past 3 weeks and my trade history of the day which has not changed obviously because this was a scam attempt
