    @Joss #VAC Its also handy to also provide a FULL screenshot of the users profile WHILE friends - it helps verify identity - lucky I was able to do this without one here.
    We also don't just "ban people" that isn't what SteamRep is here for - don't just say ban someone - just make sure you give a detailed description which is why we have that character limit.
