My account is restricted

Don't know if anyone can help me here or not but i am going to try.

I am new to Steam. Just bought Rainbow Six Siege, was in the beginning of downloading when my account was locked for suspicious activity. I am in the military and currently stationed overseas but have my store listed to United States, even thought it shows my location to United Kingdom. Didn't think this was a problem when a Steam Support Member changed my location to United States. Is there anyway to remove the restriction?
