I think reason is pretty clear :

This user has been banned permanently by healthy adolescent sex drive for the following reason: Using his alt as a middleman.

Personally I always steer clear of users like this.

At the end of the day it's your choice, just check if he's marked on steamrep first.
If he is marked then don't trade him.If he is not then its your choice, if the situation is with that you are not going to use a middleman then surely do not trade him.

Hmm, I see that a report on him is set to "accepted" but he never recieved the mark for it. I've looked at some logs and am addressing the issues.

For now I'd advice to NOT trade with him.

In the end I did not trade with him, but I did hear the story.
He claimed that he used his brother as a middleman. Which I said that you can't do that anyways.

If it was stupidity, common sense would tell you not to do that.
Odds are though he was lying to me as well.
