[Q] Any way to get people cautious?

I've had a few people add me with the same story about them being scammed and me needed to go first.
All with the same story, we all know it's an obvious scam (they also don't care about the price as long as they get the money).
Is there a way to report them? Obviously they haven't done anything wrong (yet) and can't be banned for that, but can we make them cautious?

then you can mark everybody with a Caution tag... not very productive this.
