Questions about SteamRep/Cashrep, and trading in general

    1. I need "cash rep," what does that mean for traders?
    2. How does one obtain this "cash rep?"
    (questions below require the photo as reference)
    3. Can someone easily refund through Paypal if they press this checkmark?
    4. Should I tell them not to press it?

    For three, a user can always attempt a charge-back no matter a checkbox tick, even if using that option. Other means that can be used if PayPal denies a charge-back are directly from a bank or credit card used to pay for the "item". Also, depending on the current TOS of PayPal, virtual items, generally, are NOT covered anyways. It should not be viewed as a full-proof method to avoid being scammed.
