    What happened? Description:
    On a public server, I was advertising that I was selling hats and stranges. Khrissy sent me a request. In the trade, he asked if I had any all-class hats. I put in a Rather Festive Tree, and told him I wanted 2 refined for it. After claiming it was worth a scrap, he readied up and claimed that the two refined was in the trade and that the trade was just lagging, obviously not true. After he said this, I asked him to confirm that the trade was just lagging and that the two refined was in the trade, and took a screenshot of the trade window. After that, I closed the trade. (He did not get away with the scam.) I am including the screenshot I took of the trade in the evidence box.​

    Declined - not enough evidence to prove the user was intentionally doing anything wrong aside from clicking the trade button early for all we know.
