I paid this guy 40 bucks in exchange to keys. As soon as I sent the money he told me he can't login to PayPal and told me to start a dispute. He also said he got a better offer so he didn't send me my keys.

Furthermore he traded with another guy (Mr. Kat) minutes after my transaction and he purchased keys for 40$. Meanwhile he has been telling me he can't get into PayPal but he sent my money to somebody else!

Any advice on how I can get my money back would be greatly appreciated. And please beware of this scammer.

Also could you provide:
1.) A screenshot of the chat showing the original agreement
2.) A screenshot of your paypal history showing that you sent him your payments
3.) A screenshot of your trade history throughout the entire day showing that you never received your keys

I didn't think to grab screenshots at first but after I figures I got scammed I started taking them. They are not of the original agreement however they will give you a good idea about his attitude afterwards. (Sorry for swearing)

Chats are very clear, It does show that he took the money and did not keep his end of the deal. Bad luck trinity, I hope karma bites him very soon. Hope you get your money or keys back.

Thanks. I got a refund from PayPal. Good thing I never had an issue with my purchases before. He keeps on scamming other people though. I hope he gets marked soon.

It's been ages since I made this post. I go on d2l to warn people who write on his trades but can't you guys mark him already? He keeps scamming people and he deleted all bad comments from his trades.
There are many threads about this guy here on SteamRep. Please do something!!
