What happend:
I was selling my stuff and came along him that promised me 450$ for my Sunbeams Stash and Hallmarker that are in his BP right now. He insisted i went first and I was stupid enough to think that his rep was enough for my hats. I ended up not having the money nor the hats.

I send u the money , and then u wanted me to send u 1$ cuz u didnt receive the money , and started talk s✿✿✿ , why u lie about that? its aint fun , i can make photoshop photo that i didnt receive anything , its easy as hell , so stop bluff

the chat give's a proof that the 0.45Euro was for other thing , i accept that and said that i am gonna send again , i have 2 transactions in my paypal one for 450$ and one for 0.45euro that u wanted me to send it , so stop lie

I dont want your stupid money, i just want my hats back. Withdraw the fake transaction and ill just forget about all of it.
Re add me on steam if you are willing to give my hats back, otherwise i have no other choice then to make my best to get you out of the trading commuinty.

That's a bad idea.
1. You'll have to pay chargeback fees.
2. Chargebacks don't look good on your account.

He can easily lose a chargeback.

How? As far as I know paypal always decides in favor of the buyer.

That is the case for credit card chargebacks. If the payment was made with Paypal balance it comes to if he made the payment with his regular IP address. Assuming that he didn't take any extra steps to conceal his IP (and that it wasn't done with a CC), he'd easily lose an unauthorized case AND therefore forever completing the payment to the other guy since you can only dispute once.

I doubt he used paypal balance. I have no idea how it is elsewhere but my paypal account is bound to my bank account. If I ever sell something through paypal I instantly let paypal send the money to my bank account. I never charged back so I have no real pratical experience but isn't it always possible to chargeback? There are 2 ways as far as I know. 1) You claim that you didn't receive the item. If you are a digital item seller you can't really prove otherwise (even with screenshots paypal doesnt give a f✿✿✿) so you get your money back. 2) You pretend your account got hacked. (never heard of someone trying this method)

Gifted money are hard for chargeback , dont event know how to do that , the transactions status are complete , so what to do?

P.S: Sorry for the chat with Beelzebub , i am banned from tf2op because of this report , and just wanted to proof to Beelzebub that the money are send to this guy , and try to bluff , everyone can see that , he just hide alot of the chat with me.

He cutted like 20minutes from our chat , the times are different from out5-out6.jpg, also we didnt stopped chatting all the time , also u can see the scrollbar , in this cuttedchat he wanted the second transaction , idk why he wanted it , but i said its okay i will send one more and send him 0.45cents. Beelzebub advised me to bring it up.

I dont use Team Viewer , but i can share my display when i'm in paypal and show that the transaction is here.

You can't do an unrecieved item claim with personal payments (Gift/Payment Owed/etc). As for pretending you got hacked you'd need to mask your IP like I mentioned before. Gifted Paypal balance is really hard to get back.

Im happy to use Team Viewer with an admin to prove that i dont have the money.
