I believe the victim knows better not to trade with scammers judging from his tf2 hours, he is probably a experienced trader. But trading with scammers is a big no-no.

Victim changed to "clean" trader

A19 is a known shark so it's not a big surprise he would trade with scammers. But that guy got a scammer tag by trading WITH scammers so I am not sure if trading with him is markable.

Where is the proof of your accusation which u said " A19 is a known shark". Even if its no big surprise, it is still breaking the rules as stated in the http://forums.steamrep.com/pages/faq/ when trading with a tagged scammer.

alkmaar is scammer from 2012-02-16 11:04:57, the trade was November 1, 2011, 17:14:11 GMT or January 7, 2012, 02:55:52 GMT.
