I believe the victim knows better not to trade with scammers judging from his tf2 hours, steam profile rep and rep thread, hes prob an experienced trader. However trading with scammers is a big no-no.

He as well got marked for trading with scammers so again I don't think it's markable.

@desu Infact it still counts as a report, doesen't matter if they've been tagged before, they still broke steamreps TOS/rules/faq?
