Improper Format STOLEN MY HATS

Yes, he don't delete me, he don't block me, but he disactived steam guard, and now he can't trade the items.
I really want to block this user, and if is possible I really want to have my items back (Fast Learner with lime paint and Troublemaker's Tossle Cap with lime paint)

Yes he give me a hat but the value is only 1 refined metal and 1 reclaimed metal
